About Me

Billi's Paper Batiks: I am a fulltime visual artist living in the Great Smoky Mountains. I am a surface designer, fiber artist, and budding polymer clay artist. In my past life I , also, have been an educator, lecturer, director and writer. Billi's Paper Batiks has been in business since 2001 and has morphed with me to be what it is today, a colorful shop on Etsy.com. I realized I might live long enough to do some more things! Opening a shop on etsy has been the most fun I have had since getting this second chance at living. I am excited to give this blog a secound chance by writing about my adventures in my studio and learning about Etsy. It's gonna be fun.
